How do I request my balance?+
Open the Balance page, enter your player ID, and use the prepared text message to contact support. Never include your password.
How do redemption requests work?+
Use the Redeem page to prepare a request with your verified player ID and requested amount. Support will review the account and confirm the available delivery details.
